摘要:
目的：观察陇中正骨手法整复石膏外固定治疗踝关节骨折的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各40例。观察组采用陇中正骨手法整复石膏外固定治疗，对照组采用手术治疗。结果：观察组优24例，良10例，及格6例，差0例，优良率85.0%；对照组优22例，良12例，及格2例，差4例，优良率85.0%。2组优良率比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05 )。Kofoed评分2组治疗2个月后比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05 )。结论：陇中正骨手法整复石膏外固定治疗踝关节骨折疗效可靠，操作简单，固定方便。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of LongZhong manipulative reduction combined with plaster external fixation in treating fracture of ankle joint. Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each group. The observation group were treated by LongZhong manipulative reduction combined with plaster external fixation, and the control group operation. Results: There were 24 cases excellent, ten cases good, six cases passing and zero case poor in the observation group, excellent rate 85.0%; while there were 22 cases excellent, 12 cases good, two cases passing and four cases poor in the control group, excellent rate 85.0%. The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of excellent rates between both groups (P＞0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of Kofoed scales between both groups after treating in two months(P＜0.05). Conclusion: LongZhong manipulative reduction combined with plaster external fixation is effective, simple and convenient in treating fracture of ankle joint.
