摘要:
目的：观察常规手术联合3期辨证论治及中药熏洗治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法：将112例患者随机分为2组，2组均进行常规手术治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用辨证论治及中药熏洗治疗，观察2组住院时间(天)、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生情况及临床疗效。结果：骨痂生长情况2组术后1个月比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05 )，术后2月比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05 )。住院天数、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生情况等2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。术后6个月优良率观察组为91.07%，对照组为80.36%，2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论:常规手术联合中药3期辨证论治及中药熏洗治疗胫骨远端骨折愈合快、并发症少、术后踝关节功能恢复好。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of routine surgery, three-stage syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with herbal fumigation in the treatment for distal tibial fractures. Methods: All 112 patients were randomized into two groups, and both groups were treated by routine operation, the observation group accepted three-stage syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with herbal fumigation on the foundation of the therapy the control group received, hospitalization time, bone fracture healing time, the complication incidence and clinical effects between both groups were observed. Results: The difference showed no statistical meaning in the comparisons of bone callus growth conditions between both groups in one month after the operation (P＞0.05), the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups in two months after the operation (P＜0.05). The difference presented statistical meaning in the comparison of hospitalization days, bone healing time, the complication incidences and others (P＜0.05). Excellence rate of the observation group in six months after the operation was 91.07%, higher than 80.36% of the control group, the difference had statistical meaning between both groups (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Routine surgery, three-stage syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with herbal fumigation show the advantages of rapid healing, fewer complications and good recovery of ankle function in treating distal tibial fractures.
