摘要:
张大宁教授认为慢性肾功能不全的基本病机为肾虚血瘀，临床采用具有补益脾肾、利湿化浊、活血化瘀功效的“茵陈失笑散”治疗，能起到延缓慢性肾功能衰竭进程，减轻肾脏病理改变的作用。
Abstract:
Professore Zhang Daning thought that basic pathogenesis of chronic renal failure (CRF) was renal deficiency and blood stasis, and he applied YinChen ShiXiao powder to invigorate spleen and kidney, eliminate dampness and the turbidity, promote blood circulation and eliminate the stasis in clinic.
