摘要:
目的：观察自拟中药方湿热敷联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎性疾病的疗效。方法：将体温正常的盆腔炎性疾病患者1200例随机分为3组，每组400例，对照组1用左氧氟沙星、甲硝唑液静脉滴注；对照组2用自拟中药千年健方湿热敷下腹部；观察组同时应用对照组1和对照组2的治疗方案，比较患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组治愈314例，盆腔炎性疾病治愈率为78.5%；对照组1治愈213例，治愈率为53.25%；对照组2治愈279例，治愈率为69.75%，对照组1和对照组2比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，观察组分别与对照组1、对照组2相比，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：自拟中药千年健方湿热敷下腹部联合抗生素治疗盆腔炎性疾病治愈率高，未出现不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe therapeutic effects of hot-wet compression of selfmade herbal prescription combined with antibiotics in treating pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). Methods: All 1 200 patients were allocated to three groups, 400 cases each group, the control group No. one accepted intravenous dripping of levofloxacin and metronidazole injection; the control group No. two received hot-wet compress of selfmade QianNian JianFang on lower abdomen; the observation group were administered by therapeutic regimen of the control groups accepted. Clinical effects of the patients were compared. Results: There were 314 cases cured and cure rate of PID reached 78.5% in the observation group; 213 cases cured and cure rate 53.25% in the control group No.one; 279 cases cured, and cure rate 69.75% in the control group No. two. The difference was insignificant in the comparisons between the control groups(P＞0.05), the differences were significant when the observation group was compared with the control group No.one and the control group No. two respectively(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Hot-wet compression of selfmade herbal prescription on lower abdomen combined with antibiotics in treating PID show higher cure rate and no adverse reaction happen.
