摘要:: 目的：观察针药结合治疗卵泡未破裂黄素化综合征（Luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome,LUFS）的临床疗效。方法：将卵泡未破裂黄素化患者80例分为西药对照组(对照组)和中西药结合配合针灸治疗组(治疗组),于注射HCG前及注射后30小时，测定LH、E2、P；排卵后第7天测定血清P。2组患者均于B超监测到优势卵泡后测子宫内膜厚度，同时24小时内观察有无排卵，观察对比排卵率及妊娠率。结果：治疗组平均治疗周期2.88月，排卵率85.2%，妊娠率62.5%，对照组平均治疗周期2.90月，排卵率77.586%，妊娠率25%（P＜0.05）。结论：补肾促排卵是该病辨证论治的中心，针药并用，中西汇通，效果优于单纯西药治疗。

Abstract:: Objective: To investigate curative effects of acupuncture combined with medicine in treating luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome (LUFS). Methods: Eighty LUFS patients were randomized into the control group of western medicine and the treatment group of integrative medicine jointed with acupuncture, LH, E2 and P were detected before and after injecting HCG in 30 hours; the levels of P were detected at the seventh day after ovaluation. Endometrial thickness was detected after monitoring dominant follicles by B ultrasound in both groups, the ovulation in 24 hours were observed at the same time, ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of both groups were observed and compared. Results: Average therapeutic cycles of the treatment group were 2.88 months, ovulation rate 85.2%, and pregnancy rate 62.5%, average therapeutic cycles of the control group was 2.90 months, ovulation rate 77.586% and pregnancy rate 25% (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Kidney tonification and promoting ovulation are the key part of syndrome differentiation and treatment of LUFS, the combination of acupuncture and medicine, integrative medicine provide new understanding to treating LUFS.
