协同护理模式在急诊科管道护理中的应用-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的：观察协同护理模式在急诊科管道护理中的应用效果。方法：抽样选取2013年1～12月入住急诊科且带有管道的患者240例，按入院时间先后分为对照组和试验组各120例。对照组实施常规护理，试验组在常规护理基础上运用协同护理模式进行干预。干预后比较2组患者非计划拔管率、对管道名称及使用注意事项知晓率、管道不良事件发生率、患者的满意度情况。结果：试验组以上4个指标情况均优于对照组，其中患者的满意度增幅最大，由干预前的75％增至91.7％，其次为管道名称及使用注意事项知晓率；非计划拔管率和管道不良事件发生率均降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：协同护理模式在急诊科管道护理中收到了良好的效果，不但提高了管道护理质量，还体现了专业护士的自我价值，同时也提升了患者满意度。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe the effects of collaborative care model applied to tube nursing in the emergency department. Methods: All 240 patients hospitalized in the emergency department from January, 2013 to December, 2013 were chosen by sampling, they were divided into the control group and the test grop according to admission time. The control group received routine care, and the test group were intervened by collaborative care model on the foundation of routine care. After intervention, the patients’ satisfaction degrees, the incidence of tube adverse reaction, awareness rate of tube names and usage notes, unplanned extubation rate were compared between both groups. Results: The test group was superior the control group in the conditions of all above four indexes, among them, the patients’ satisfaction degrees improved the most significantly, it rose from 75% before intervention to 91.7% after intervention, the next was awareness rate of tube names and usage notes; unplanned extubation rate and the incidence of tube adverse reaction decreased, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Collaborative care model could obtain better effects in the tube nursing in the emergency department, it could not only improve the quality of tube nursing, embody self-worth of the professional nurses, but also improve the patients’ satisfaction degree.
