补中益气丸治疗习惯性流产150例-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的：探讨补中益气丸治疗免疫紊乱型习惯性流产的临床疗效。方法：将300例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各150例，对照组给予黄体酮治疗，治疗组给予补中益气丸治疗，均连续用药15天。结果：血清孕激素与雌激素含量治疗后2组均明显升高(P＜0.05)，与对照组相比，治疗组各项指标升高更明显，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。血清CD4+水平2组治疗后均明显升高，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，而CD8+水平明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，血清CD4+、CD8+水平治疗后2组比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：补中益气丸治疗免疫紊乱型习惯性流产能有效改善机体免疫状况，促进性激素的分泌。

Abstract:: Objective: To explore curative effects of BuZhong YiQi pills in habitual abortion of immune dysfunction pattern. Methods: All 300 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 150 patients each group, the patients of the control group were treated by progesterone and the treatment group by BuZhong YiQi pills for 15 days consecutively. Results: The contents of serum progesterone and estrogen rose obviously in both groups after treating(P＜0.05), compared with the control group, different indexes of the treatment group rose significantly(P＜0.05). The levels of CD4+ in both groups increased obviously in both groups after treating, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05), while the levels of CD8+ decreased remarkably, and the difference indicated statistical meaning(P＜0.05), the difference presented statistical meaning in the comparisons of the levels of CD4+ and CD8+ between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: BuZhong YiQi pills in habitual abortion of immune dysfunction pattern could effectively improve the immune status of human body, and promote the secretion of sex hormone.
