摘要:
化疗作为肿瘤的主要治疗手段，虽然在近些年对于胃癌的治疗做出了巨大的贡献，但由于其毒副反应明显，且易形成耐药性，故而其在临床上的应用也受到了很大的限制，而中药的抗肿瘤优势却愈加明显。本文整理、总结近几年来中药抗胃癌的文献，从分子生物层面对中药抗胃癌的机制进行综述分析。
Abstract:
Chemotherapy, as the main therapeutic measure of tumor, had made great contributions to the therapy of gastric cancer in recent years, but it showed notably toxic and side effects, and easily produced drug resistance, hence, its application in clinic was severely restricted, while herbs displayed obvious anti-tumor advantages, the papers about herbs fighting against gastric cancer were collected and concluded in recent years, and the mechanism of herbs fighting against gastric cancer was reviewed from molecular biological aspect.
