摘要:
从病情病况、致病原因、天灾人祸、治病方法、对医药进行考查5方面入手论述种类繁多的明代笔记中涉及的中医药内容，指出该内容对于了解古代疾病及治疗情况有一定参考价值。
Abstract:
Various TCM contents in the notes of Ming dynasty were discussed from conditions, pathogenesis, natural and man-made disasters, treatment methods, and they could be taken as reference for learning ancient diseases and treatment conditions.
