摘要:
目的：观察益气活血方联合西药治疗老年“H型”高血压(气虚血瘀证)的临床疗效。方法：将老年“H型”高血压(气虚血瘀证)患者96例随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。对照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片及叶酸片口服治疗。观察组在对照组基础上加用益气活血方治疗。治疗4周后比较2组患者诊室血压水平、血压总有效率、中医证候积分及临床疗效。结果：2组患者诊室血压(CBP)比较：观察组收缩压组较对照组下降明显，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，舒张压2组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；血压总有效率比较：观察组91.67%，优于对照组的81.25%；2组中医证候比较：观察组各单项有明显改善(P＜0.05)，2组中医证候疗效比较：观察组总有效率为91.67%，对照组为62.50%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组安全指标比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：益气活血方联合西药治疗老年“H型”高血压病(气虚血瘀证)，可降低血压水平，提高血压达标率、降低中医证候、症状积分，改善患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical effects of YiQi HuoXue formula combined with Western medicine in treating senile hypertension of H type(Qi-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome). Methods: All 96 patients with senile hypertension of H type(Qi-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, each group 48 cases. The control group was given oral administration of amlodipine besylate tablets and folic acid tablets. The observation group was given YiQi HuoXue formula based on the treatment the control group accepted. Blood pressure level, total effective rate of blood pressure, TCM symptom scores and clinical effects in doctor’s office were compared in two groups after treatment for four weeks. Results: Compared CBP in two groups, systolic pressure in the observation group decreased compared with that of the control group, there was statistical difference(P＜0.05), there was no statistical difference in diastolic pressure between two groups(P＞0.05); the total effective rate of blood pressure was 91.67% in the observation group, it was better than 81.25% in the control group; compared TCM symptoms in two groups, TCM symptoms in the observation group improved obviously(P＜0.05), compared the effects of TCM symptoms in two groups, the total effective rate in the observation group was 91.67%, the control group was 62.50%, there were statistical differences (P＜0.05); there was no statistical diffference in safety index of two groups after treatment(P＞0.05). Conclusion: YiQi HuoXue formula combined with Western medicine in treating senile hypertension of H type (Qi-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome) can lower blood pressure, promote achieved rate of blood pressure, lower TCM symptoms scores and improve patients’ life quality.
