摘要:
目的：观察三伏天穴位贴敷疗法防治小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效。方法：对2011年7～8月门诊进行穴位贴敷疗法的反复呼吸道感染患儿282名进行追踪、随访，观察疗效。结果：2012及2013年临床疗效均优于2011年（P＜0.05）；肺脾气虚型、气阴两虚型及肺胃积热型3型总有效率比较无明显差异（P＞0.05）；治疗前后患儿中医证候量化分级积分比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；与治疗前比较，治疗后患儿反复呼吸道感染每月平均发作次数减少，发作程度减轻（P＜0.05）；与治疗前比较，所有参与随访的患儿1年内呼吸道感染次数减少（P＜0.05），并且治疗后呼吸道感染发生中、下呼吸道感染次数减少（P＜0.05）。结论：冬病夏治穴位贴敷能防治小儿反复呼吸道感染。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of acupoint application in preventing and treating infantile recurrent respiratory infection (RRTI) in dog days. Methods: All 282 infantile patients with RRTI of acupoint application were given follow-up from July to August in 2011, and then the effects were observed. Results: The clinical effects in 2012 and 2013 were better than these of 2011(P＜0.05), there were no obvious differences in total effective rate of spleen-lung Qi deficiency type, Qi and Yin deficiency type and heatness in stomach and spleen type(P＞0.05); compared the qualified and classified management of TCM scores before and after treatment, there were statistical differences(P＜0.05); compared with the before treatment, onset number of infantile with RRTI decreased every month and the degree relieved(P＜0.05); infantile patients were given follow-up within one year, their onset number decreased(P＜0.05), onset of RRI of lower respiratory decreased(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint application of summer cure for winter diseases can prevent and treat infantile RRTI.
