摘要:
目的：探讨中医药茶对老年2型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、中医证候积分及生活质量的影响，为老年糖尿病人的健康教育及生活干预提供科学依据。方法：将某社区老年2型糖尿病患者100例随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对照组采用自行穴位按摩干预，观察组在对照组的基础上服用自拟药茶，干预6个月后比较2组患者的HbAlc变化情况、中医证候积分及生活质量变化情况。结果：2组患者的中医证候积分及HbA1c较干预前有明显降低，干预后比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组干预后躯体不适感、躯体活动力等8项生活指标改善明显（P＜0.05），对照组中仅角色活动改善明显（P＜0.05）。结论：自拟药茶对老年2型糖尿病患者的生活质量有明显改善效果，常规生活干预对老年2型糖尿病患者的糖代谢指标的恢复也有积极的促进作用，可在健康教育中作为积极因素推广使用。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide scientific evidence for health education and life intervention of the elderly patients with type two diabetes mellitus (T2DM) by discussing the effects of herbal tea on glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc), TCM symptom integrals and life quality of the elderly patients with T2DM. Methods: All 100 patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group,50 cases each group, the control group adopted acupoint massage intervention, the observation group took selfmade herbal tea on the basis of the therapy the control group accepted, after intervention for six months, the changes of HbAlc, TCM symptom integrals and life quality of the patients in both groups were compared. Results: TCM symptom integrals and HbAlc of the patients in both groups decreased notably after the intervention compared with before intervention, the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparison of TCM symptom integrals and HbAlc after the intervention (P＜0.05); life indexes such as somatic discomfort, physical activity and others in the observation group improved notably after the intervention (P＜0.05), while only the improvement of role activity in the control group was more notable (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Selfmade herbal tea could improve life quality of the elderly patients with T2DM notably; routine life intervention could promote the recovery of glucose metabolism of the elderly patients actively, which could be taken as active factors widely spread and used in health education.
