摘要:
目的：观察针刺、推拿、中药离子导入治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：采用针刺、推拿、中药离子导入治疗60例腰椎间盘突出症患者，上述治疗1次/d，连续冶疗10天为1个疗程，疗程间休息2～3天，连续治疗2～3个疗程。结果：治愈42例，显效12例，有效6例，无效0例，愈显率90.0%，总有效率100.00%。日本骨科学会(JOA)评分治疗后明显升高，治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；日本骨科学会(JOA)评分、视觉模拟评分(VAS)治疗后明显降低，治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：针刺、推拿、中药离子导入治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of needling, massage and herbal iontophoresis in treating lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods: Needling, massage and herbal iontophoresis were adopted to treat 60 patients with LDH, once each day, ten days were one course of the treatment, the interval was two to three days, the patients were treated for two to three courses of the treatment consecutively. Results: All 42 cases cured, 12 cases markedly effective, six cases effective and zero case ineffective, markedly effective rate reached 90.0%, total effective rate 100.00%. Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) scores increased obviously after treating, the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison before and after treating (P＜0.05); JOA and VAS scores decreased after treating remarkably, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Needling, massage and herbal iontophoresis are effective in treating LDH.
