摘要:: 目的：研究5S现场管理在医院门诊药房管理中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析5S现场管理在医院药房管理实施前后的有关资料，比较分析实施前后工作效率、药品完好率、药房药学服务满意率等。结果：与实施5S现场管理前比较，实施后单方调配时间、每名药师日调剂量及患者平均侯药时间均得到明显缩短，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：采用5S现场管理可以提高医院药房管理工作效率，降低药品调配差错率，提高药品完好率及安全性，提升药房药学服务满意度。

Abstract:: Objective: To study the application value of 5S field management in hospital outpatient pharmacy management. Method: The relevant information of 5S field management in hospital pharmacy management before and after the implementation was analyzed retrospectively. The work efficiency, the availability rate of drug and the satisfaction rate of pharmaceutical care in pharmacy were analyzed comparatively before and after the implementation. Results: Compared with before the implementation of 5S field management, the single allocation time, the daily dispensing quantity of each pharmacist and the average waiting time of the patients after the implementation significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion: 5S field management can improve the efficiency of hospital pharmacy management, reduce the rate of drug dispensing errors, promote the rate of drug availability and safety, and advance the satisfaction rate of pharmaceutical care in pharmacy.
