摘要:
目的：探讨何复东主任医师治疗咳嗽的遣方用药规律。方法：收集2013—2014年何复东主任医师治疗咳嗽的内服方剂，运用方剂计量学方法，对其用药范围、性味、归经和功能等指标加以统计分析。结果：何复东主任医师治疗咳嗽常用药频次较高的前10味药物依次为蝉蜕、细辛、乌梅、甘草、桂枝、麻黄、附子、地龙、僵蚕、全蝎等；使用最多为补益药，其次为清热药；入肺经的药物最多；药味多苦、甘、辛，药性以寒、温为主。对外感咳嗽以祛风止咳为主，对内伤咳嗽以祛邪止咳，扶正补虚兼顾，治疗上立足于肺，肝、脾、肾同调。结论：何复东主任医师治疗咳嗽治病求本，不拘于一方一药，清补并用，收散并举，善于配伍虫类药搜风通络。
Abstract:
Objective: To study HE Fudong′s the formula application rules in the treatment of cough. Methods: Internal formulas for treating cough used by HE Fudong from 2013 to 2014 were collected. Statistical analysis was performed on medication range, flavor, meridian tropism, functions and other indexes of his formulas by formula metrology method. Results: The first ten commonly used drugs with high frequency by HE Fudong in the treatment of cough were Chantui (cicada slough), Xixin (asarum), Wumei (smoked plum), Gancao (licorice), Guizhi (cassia twig), Mahuang (Chinese ephedra), Fuzi (monkshood), Dilong (pberetima), Jiangcan (bombyx batryticatus), Quanxie(scorpio), etc. The most being used herbs were tonic herbs, followed by antipyretic herbs; most herbs were act on lung meridian; the tastes of the herbs mostly were bitter, sweet, and pungent; and the properties of herbs mainly were cold and warm. For cough caused by exogenous factors, dispelling wind and stopping cough was the main treating method; for internal injury cough, removing pathogenic factors and stopping cough accompanied by supporting the healthy Qi and tonifying the deficiency was used. And his treating methods based on lung, and regulating lung, spleen and kidney at the same time. Conclusion: In the aspect of treating cough, He Fudong looks for the basic causes in treating diseases, and does not confining to one formula, he adopts cooling and tonifying therapy, converging and dispersing therapy simultaneously. He is good at combining with insect drugs for dispelling wind and dredging collaterals.
