Objective: To give the patients of blood drawing health education and reduce the incidence of adverse reaction by investigating the current state of adverse reaction and the influencing factors of blood drawing of the patients in the outpatients of Panzhihua hospital. Methods: All 300 patients who accepted blood drawing at upper limb in the outpatient department of the hospital were chosen from January, 2015 to August, 2015, and the patients were surveyed by using selfmade questionnaires. Results: The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of the numbers of the patients with adverse reaction after blood drawing between different genders and different pressing ways (P>0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of whether the nurse tells the patient the notices, the numbers of the patients suffering adverse reaction after successful puncture once of blood drawing (P<0.05). The longer the patients pressing after blood drawing, the less adverse reaction happened, and the difference had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion: The incidence of adverse reaction of outpatient patients is higher after blood drawing, whether the nurse tells the patients the notice, whether the puncture was successful once, the pressing time of the patients are the influencing factors of adverse reactions of the patients after blood drawing. During the course of blood drawing, outpatient nurses should try to puncture successfully once, and tell the patients the notice in details, and order them to press more than three minutes after blood drawing.
