摘要:
目的：观察银杏叶提取物注射液联合前列地尔注射液治疗老年突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法：将74例患者随机均分为2组，每组37例，对照组予以常规治疗，观察组予以银杏叶提取物联合前列地尔治疗，观察2组临床疗效、不良反应及血清免疫学指标、生存质量、血液流变学指标的变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为91.89%，对照组为72.97%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；CD3+、CD4+、IgG、IgM水平及MMSE、MBI、SAS、SDS评分，2组治疗前后组内比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：采用银杏叶提取物与前列地尔治疗老年突发性耳聋临床疗效显著，可有效改善生活质量，其可能通改善免疫功能和血液流变学相关指标而达到治疗作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of ginaton injection jointed with alprostadil injection in the treatment for the elderly with sudden hearing loss. Methods: All 74 patients were randomized into two groups, 37 cases each group, the control group adopted routine treatment, and the observation group accepted ginaton injection jointed with alprostadil injection, clinical effects, adverse reaction and immunological indexes, quality of life, hemodynamic indexes of both groups were observed. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 91.89%, higher than 72.97% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the levels of CD3+, CD4+, IgG and IgM, MMSE, MBI, SAS and SDS scales between before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference presented statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Ginaton injection jointed with alprostadil injection is effective in the treatment for the elderly with sudden hearing loss, the therapy could improve quality of life effectively, and it could realize therapeutic effects by improving immunological indexes and hemodynamic indexes probably.
