摘要:
目的：观察头针加体针治疗眼运动神经麻痹的临床疗效。方法：将114例患者随机分为观察组58例，对照组56例，对照组采用常规药物治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予头体针针刺治疗，1次/d。2组均以治疗10天为1个疗程，连续治疗3个疗程。结果：总有效率观察组为89.7%，对照组为73.2%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。眼裂大小、复视角度治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：头针加体针治疗眼运动神经麻痹临床疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture in treating ocular motor nerve palsy. Methods: All 114 patients were randomized into 58 cases of the observation group and 56 cases of the control group, the control group adopted routine treatment of medicine, and the observation group accepted scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture on the foundation of the treatment the control group received, once each day. Both groups were treated for ten days as one course, and treated for three courses consecutively. Results: Total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 89.7% and 73.2%, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of oculi rimae and diplopia angle between before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Scalp acupuncture and body acupuncture could obtain notable effects in treating ocular motor nerve palsy.
