影响肿瘤患者护患关系的因素有恶性肿瘤分布广、危害大，发病的年龄跨度大，恶性肿瘤的治疗效果不确定，护理人员业务能力和自身素质，患者及家属的影响因素等，通过正确运用沟通技巧和方法、满足患者及家属需求、有针对性进行健康指导、提高护理质量等措施可提高患者满意度。

The factors of affecting the relationship between the nurses and the tumor patients are wide distribution of the tumor, great harm, great age span of the tumor, uncertain therapeutic effects of malignant tumor, professional qualification and self quality of the nurses, the influencing factors of the patients and family members and others, it could improve the patients’ satisfaction degrees by correctly using communication skills and methods, meeting the needs of the patients and the family members, corresponding health guidance, raising nursing quality and others.
