摘要:
从患者因素、护理人员因素、导管相关性因素、合并症等方面综述了PICC患者发生静脉血栓的危险因素。在此基础上，提出做好患者的全面评估及健康教育、提高护理人员的操作技能、加强置管后的观察及维护、酌情预防使用化学药物，进行集束化干预和循证护理等预防方法，可有效降低静脉血栓的发生率，延长PICC留置时间，使其更好地服务于临床。
Abstract:
The risk factors of PICC patients occurring venous thrombus were summarized from the patient factors, nursing staffs factors, catheter-related factors and the complications. Based on this, thorough evaluation and health education for the patients, the prevention methods containing raising the nursing staff′s operation skills, enhancing the observation and maintenance after intubation, using the chemicals as appropriate, bundle intervention and evidence-based nursing were raised, which could effectively reduce the incidence of venous intervention, prolong indwelling time of PICC and make it service better in clinic.
