剖析了中职中医专业人才培养中存在的一系列具体问题，提出从完善顶层设计入手，淡化职业教育色彩，准确定位培养目标，修订教学标准，改革修业年限，优化课程结构，增加实验教学，实行见习教学，加强临床实习，多措并举，推动中等中医专业人才培养走上规范化、现代化轨道。

A series of specific problems existed in the training of secondary vocational TCM professionals were analyzed, starting with top-level design improvement, weakening the color of vocational education, accurately locating the training objective, revising teaching standard, schooling length reform, optimizing the curriculum structure, increasing experimental teaching, implementing probation teaching, enhancing clinical practice and promoting many steps simultaneously were raised to push secondary TCM professionals training into regular and modern track.
