摘要:
目的：对沈阳市社区卫生服务中心糖尿病护理需求进行调查并分析其影响因素。方法：选择沈阳市和平区、皇姑区、沈河区的3个社区卫生服务中心的264例糖尿病患者为研究对象，采用自制的护理需求调查表进行影响因素调查。结果：沈阳市社区卫生服务中心糖尿病患者的护理需求得分为(3.86±0.21)分，总体需求为中等水平，患者对健康促进方面需求最高，并发症防护方面需求最低。其中血糖、血压、肝、肾功能等的定期检查护理需求最高，达100.00%；低血糖的预防宣教和紧急救护需求为91.29%；健康行为与生活方式指导的需求为95.45%。社区卫生服务中心糖尿病护理需求的影响因素主要为疾病护理、并发症防护、健康促进等方面内容，并发症的有无为影响糖尿病社区护理需求的重要因素。结论：糖尿病社区护理须以患者的定期检查、预防宣教和生活方式等需求为导向，积极开展针对并发症等影响因素的护理服务，有助于提高沈阳市社区卫生服务中心糖尿病护理水平。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the influencing factor and diabetes mellitus nursing demands in Shenyang municipality community health service center. Methods: All 264 DM patients in three community health service centers of Heping district, Huanggu district and Shenhe district of Shenyang municipality were chosen as the objects of the study, and the influencing factor were surveyed by using selfmade nursing demands questionnaire. Results: Nursing demands scores of DM patients in Shenyang municipality community health service center were (3.86±0.21) points, total need was in medium level, the highest was the patients′ demand for health promotion, the lowest was the demand for the prevention and the nursing of the complications. Among them, the nursing demand for regular inspection such as blood glucose, blood pressure, liver and renal function and others was the highest, which reached 100.00%; the nursing demand for the prevention, propaganda and education for hypoglycemia, first aid reached 91.29%; the demand for health service and life style guidance was 95.45%. The influencing factors of community health service center DM nursing demands were disease nursing, complication prevention and care, health promotion and others mainly, whether there was the incidence of the complications was the important factor of affecting DM community nursing demands. Conclusion: DM community nursing demands should be guided by the patients′ demands including regular inspection, prevention, propaganda, education, and life style, actively launch the nursing service aimed at the influencing factors such as the complications, and it is helpful to improve the levels of DM nursing in Shenyang municipality community health service center.
