摘要:
目的：探讨少腹逐瘀汤联合西药治疗气滞血瘀型卵巢囊肿的临床价值。方法：选择2010年3月至2016年3月中医辨证分型为气滞血瘀型的卵巢囊肿患者320例，随机分为2组，对照组160例，给予单纯西药治疗，观察组160例，给予少腹逐瘀汤联合西药治疗。比较2组性激素水平、血液流变学指标、卵巢囊肿大小变化、临床综合疗效和不良反应。结果：性激素水平、血液流变学指标、卵巢囊肿大小等指标治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后2组组间比较，差异也有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。总有效率观察组为86.67%，对照组为63.12%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗前后2组血生化、血尿常规等均无明显异常。结论：少腹逐瘀汤可有效改善气滞血瘀型卵巢囊肿患者的血流动态及微循环，改善性激素水平，缩小卵巢囊肿大小，中西医结合治疗效果更好。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical values of ShaoFu ZhuYu decoction combined with western medicine in treating oophoritic cyst of Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern. Methods: A total of 320 patients who were differentiated as oophoritic cyst of Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern were chosen from March, 2010 to March, 2016, they were randomized into the control group, who adopted western medicine, and the observation group, who were treated by ShaoFu ZhuYu decoction combined with western medicine. Adverse reaction, clinical comprehensive effects, the size of oophoritic cyst, the indexes of blood rheology and the levels of sex hormones of both groups were compared. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of the levels of sex hormone, the indexes of blood rheology, the size of oophoritic cyst and others before and after treating within the groups (P＜0.05); and the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating(P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 86.67%, higher than 63.12% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). There was no obvious abnormity of blood biochemical indexes and hematuria routine before and after treating between both groups. Conclusion: ShaoFu ZhuYu decoction could effectively improve blood flow dynamics, microcirculation, the levels of sex hormone and reduce the size of oophoritic cyst of the patients with oophoritic cyst of Qi stagnation and blood stasis pattern, and clinical effects of integrative medicine are better.
