摘要:
目的：探讨宣肺固金汤对脑卒中后肺部感染患者白细胞介素6(IL-6)和白细胞介素8(IL-8)及血液流变学的影响。方法：将脑卒中合并肺部感染的患者60例按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。在西医基础治疗的基础上观察组同时口服或鼻饲中药汤剂，2周后评价疗效，并观察患者血清IL-6和IL-8及血液流变学变化情况。结果：对照组和观察组有效率分别为80.0%、90.0%，观察组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05)；2组患者IL-6和IL-8均降低，观察组降低程度大于对照组（P＜0.05）；血液流变学指标均有所改善，观察组改善程度大于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：宣肺固金汤可提高脑卒中后肺部感染的疗效，显著降低促炎症介质IL-6和IL-8的水平，提高患者免疫力，改善患者血液流变学指标，促进循环。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of XuanFei GuJin decoction on IL-6, IL-8 and blood rheology of the patients with pulmonary infection after stroke. Methods: Sixty patients suffering pulmonary infection complicated with stroke were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method. The observation group accepted herbal decoction by oral administration or nasal feeding on the foundation of basic treatment of western medicine, curative effects were assessed in two weeks, the changes of IL-6, IL-8 and blood rheology of the patients were observed. Results: The effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 80.0% and 90.0% respectively, the observation group was superior to the control group in clinical effects (P＜0.05). The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 decreased, and the observation group was larger than the control group in the decrease (P＜0.05); the improvements of blood rheology indexes improved, and the observation group was greater than the control group in the improvements(P＜0.05). Conclusion: XuanFei GuJin decoction could raise therapeutic effects of pulmonary infection after stroke, which could significantly decrease the levels of IL-6 and IL-8, improve immunologic function of the patients, blood rheology and promote the circulation.
