摘要:
目的：观察宣白承气汤灌肠对急性肺损伤患者肠型脂肪酸结合蛋白(I-FABP)和内毒素(ET)的影响。方法：将急性肺损伤患者56例随机分为对照组和治疗组，2组均给予抗感染、机械通气、激素及对症支持治疗，治疗组在此基础上采用宣白承气汤灌肠，1次/d，400 mL/次，连续治疗7天。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测2组患者血清I-FABP 浓度及ET含量。结果：治疗后2组患者I-FABP、ET含量明显降低，氧合指数明显升高(P＜0.05)；治疗组较对照组I-FABP、ET含量明显降低，氧合指数明显升高(P＜0.05)。结论：宣白承气汤灌肠可改善急性肺损伤患者氧合指数，其机制可能与降低血清I-FABP和ET有关.
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of XuanBai ChengQi decoction enema on intestinal fatty acid binding protein (I-FABP) and endotoxin(ET) of the patients with acute lung injury (ALI). Methods: All 56 ALI patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, both groups received antiinfection, mechanical ventilation, hormone and symptomatic treatment, the treatment group adopted XuanBai ChengQi decoction enema, once each day, 400 mL each time, for seven days consecutively. The contents of ET and serum I-FABP concentrations of the patients in both groups were detected by using ELISA method. Results: The contents of ET and serum I-FABP decreased in both groups after treating, oxygenation index raised notably (P＜0.05); the treatment group was more notable than the control group in the ET and I-FABP decrease and the raise of oxygenation index(P＜0.05). Conclusion: XuanBai ChengQi decoction enema could improve oxygenation index of ALI patients, and the mechanism might be related to decreasing the levels of I-FABP and ET.
