摘要:
通过对王士雄临床验案中关于辨治官窍疾病的医案进行分析，将官窍疾病的病因、病机、治疗方法归纳为伏暑耳聋，清肺降气；鼻渊误治，清热养阴；喉痹误药，温中健脾；血虚舌疮，养血温阳；齿痛欲绝，引火归元；睛赤肿痛，咸寒涤垢。以期对临床辨治官窍疾病有所帮助。
Abstract:
By analyzing medical cases of differentiating and treating the diseases of orifices among Wang Shixiong′s clinical effective cases, it was concluded that deafness caused by latent summer-heat should be treated by clearing-lung and descending Qi, nasosinusitis mistreated should be treated by clearing-heat and nourishing Yin, pharyngitis patients who took the wrong herbs should be treated by warming-the middle energizer and invigorating spleen, tongue boil of blood deficiency pattern by warming blood and Yang, dentalgia by guiding fire to origin, sore red swollen eyes by the cold and saltiness to eliminate the filth in the wish of helping clinical differentiation and treatment of the diseases of orifices.
