清热祛湿汤治疗老龄肛肠病术后患者30例-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的：观察清热祛湿汤治疗老龄肛肠病术后患者的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为2组，对照组30例予以常规对症治疗，观察组30例在对照组治疗的基础上服用清热祛湿汤治疗，观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后临床症状评分、生活质量评分的变化情况，以及不良反应发生率。结果：总有效率对照组为73.33%，观察组为93.33%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05)。症状评分、生活质量各项评分及总分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后2组组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。不良反应发生率对照组为13.33%，观察组为15.67%，2组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：清热祛湿汤能够有效减轻老龄肛肠病术后患者疼痛、出血、肛缘水肿、创面渗液等临床症状，改善患者生活质量，提高临床疗效，而且安全性较高。

Abstract:: Objective: To survey clinical effects of heat-clearing dampness-eliminating decoction in treating the elderly patients after the surgery of anorectal disease. Methods: Sixty patients were randomized into two groups, the control group accepted routine treatment, and the observation group took heat-clearing dampness-eliminating decoction, clinical effects, the scales of clinical symptoms, the scales of quality of life and the incidence of adverse reaction of both groups were observed. Results: Total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%, lower than 93.33% of the observation group, and there was significant difference in the comparisons between both groups (P＜0.05). There was a significant difference in the comparisons of symptoms scales, different scales of quality of life and total scales before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05); the different was statistically significant in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction of the control groupwas 13.33%, lower than 15.67% of the observation group, and the difference had no statistical meaning (P＞0.05).Conclusion: Heat-clearing dampness-eliminating decoction in treating the elderly patients after the surgery of anorectal disease could effectively relieve clinical symptoms including pain, bleeding, perianal edema, wound exudates and others, improve quality of life and clinical effects with high safety.
