摘要:
就如何在建立现代医院管理制度中牢牢把握大局，履行全面从严治党的主体责任，不断加强和改进党的领导和党的建设，努力建设人民群众满意的现代中医院提出了建议，指出强化公立中医院党的领导和党务干部队伍建设、强化党建工作与医院医疗工作的密切结合，扎实推进基层党组织建设、稳步打好医院党建基础，积极探索公立中医院综合改革中党建工作新思路和新方式。
Abstract:
In the paper, how to firmly grasp the overall situation, fulfill the main responsibility of comprehensively administering the party strictly, constantly strengthen and improve the leadership of the party and the party construction work, make great efforts to build the satisfactory modern hospital of traditional Chinese medicine are proposed in the establishment of modern hospital management system. It was pointed out that we should enhance party leadership and party cadres team construction; strengthen the close connection between party building and hospital medical work, push on the building of grassroots party organization steadily, lay a good foundation for hospital party building stably and positively explore new thinking and new mode of party building in comprehensive reform of public TCM hospital.
