目的：降低医院中药不合格处方比例，促进合理用药。方法：通过项目计划、实施、确定、处置等一系列步骤，在医院门诊中药房中开展品管圈活动，对比品管圈活动实施前后中药不合格处方数量，计算变化幅度。结果：中药不合格处方数由品管圈活动前的平均每天48.9张减少到平均每天22.3张，降低幅度为54.4％。结论：参照处方管理办法开展品管圈活动能规范开具中药处方，提高药学服务质量，提升医疗质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To decrease the ratio of unqualified herbal prescriptions in a hospital and promote rational use. Methods: Quality control circle (QOC) activity was launched in outpatient pharmacy of the hospital by a series of the steps including plan, doing, check, action and others, the numbers of unqualified herbal prescriptions were compared before and after QOC activity was implemented, and the rangeability was calculated. Results: The number of unqualified herbal prescriptions 48.9 pieces each day before QOC activity was implemented decreased to 22.3 pieces each day after QOC activity was implemented, and the decrease was 54.4%. Conclusion: By consulting prescription management method, the launch of QOC activity could regulate the herbal prescription, improve the quality of pharmaceutical service and raise medical quality.
