摘要:
目的：观察生大黄水高位灌肠联合胃管注入方法治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)肠功能障碍的效果。方法：将SAP患者84例随机分为对照组和观察组各42例，SAP按指南予以综合治疗，对照组采用生大黄水高位灌肠治疗，观察组采用生大黄水高位灌肠联合胃管注入治疗，比较2组患者腹痛、腹胀缓解时间及首次肛门排气排便时间、住院时间，并发症发生率。结果：观察组腹痛、腹胀缓解时间及首次肛门排气排便时间、住院时间均较对照组缩短且并发症发生率低于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：生大黄高位灌肠联合胃管注入可明显改善SAP引起的肠功能障碍，缩短住院天数。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of raw rhubarb water high enema combined with injection by stomach tube in treatintg intestinal dysfunction of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods: All 84 SAP patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 42 cases each group, who received comprehensive treatment, the control group adopted raw rhubarb water high enema, and the observation group were treated by raw rhubarb water high enema combined with injection by stomach tube, the incidence of the complications, hospitalization time, first anal exhaust and defecation time, the relief time of abdominal pain and abdominal distension were compared between both groups. Results: The observation group was shorter than the control group in the relief time of abdominal pain and abdominal distension, first anal exhaust and defecation time and hospitalization time, lower than the control group in the incidence of the complications and the difference had statistical meaning between both groups(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Raw rhubarb water high enema combined with injection by stomach tube could notably improve in treatintg intestinal dysfunction induced by SAP and shorten hospitalization days.
