摘要:
目的：观察中药穴位贴敷治疗功能性便秘(气秘型)的临床疗效。方法：将功能性便秘(气秘型)患者100例随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例，对照组予四磨汤口服液，治疗组予中药穴位贴敷于神阙穴，外用活血止痛膏固定治疗。2组均以7天为1个疗程，治疗3个疗程后评价疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为97.4%，高于对照组的72.5%；治疗组在改善证候积分方面较对照组更明显（P＜0.05）。结论：中药穴位贴敷治疗功能性便秘(气秘型)简便、有效、毒副作用少。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of acupoint application of herbs in treating functional constipation of Qi stagnation pattern. Methods: One hundred patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 50 cases each group, the control group took SiMo Tang oral liquid, and the treatment group accepted acupoint application of herbs at ShenQue(CV8, RN8) and fixation by blood-activating pain-stoping ointment externally. Seven days were one course for both groups, clinical effects were assessed after treating for three courses. Results: Total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.4%, higher than 72.5% of the control group, the treatment group was more obvious than the control group in improving syndrome scales (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Acupoint application of herbs is simple, effective, less toxic and adverse reaction in treating functional constipation of Qi stagnation pattern.
