摘要:
目的：观察亲情护理对帕金森病(PD)患者的护理效果及抑郁情绪的改善作用。方法：将PD患者78例利用计算机按照1∶1原则随机分为常规组和亲情组各39例。常规组实施常规护理，亲情组在此基础上实施亲情护理。分别于护理前、护理1个月后以简易精神状况检查量表(MMSE)和改良Barthel指数、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评价护理效果及患者抑郁情绪改善情况。结果：护理前2组患者MMSE量表各维度及总分、改良Barthel指数、HAMD量表评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，护理1个月后2组MMSE量表各维度及总分、改良Barthel指数均较护理前升高(P＜0.05)，HAMD评分降低(P＜0.05)，护理1个月后亲情组MMSE量表各维度及总分、改良Barthel指数高于常规组(P＜0.05)，HAMD量表评分低于常规组(P＜0.05)。结论：在PD患者护理中应用亲情护理不仅可显著改善患者精神状况和日常生活能力，还可疏导患者抑郁情绪。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the nursing effects of kindred-like nursing for the patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) and its effects of improving depression. Methods: All 78 PD patients were randomized into conventional group and kindred-like group by using the computer in the principles of 1:1. Convetional group accepted routine care, and kindred-like group kindred-like nursing, nursing effects and the improvements of depression of the patients were assessed by using MMSE and modified Barthel index, HAMD before the nursing and in one month after the nursing. Results: The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of different dimensions and total scales of MMSE, modified Barthel indexs and HAMD scales between both groups before the nursing (P＞0.05), different dimensions and total scales of MMSE, and modified Barthel index raised in one month after the nursing compared with before nursing (P＜0.05), HAMD scales decreased (P＜0.05), in one month after the nursing, different dimensions and total scales of MMSE, and modified Barthel index in the kindred-like group were higher than these of the conventional group (P＜0.05), HAMD scales were lower than these of the conventional group notably (P＜0.05). Conclusion: The application of kindred-like nursing to the care for PD patients could not only improve mental state and daily living ability of the patients, but also dredge the depression.
