摘要:
目的：观察耳穴压豆疗法及其护理在新发2型糖尿病患者血糖控制中的应用效果。方法：将新发2型糖尿病患者200例采用随机抽样的方法分为对照组和观察组各100例,对照组选用健康宣教及降糖、降血脂、营养神经、改善微循环等常规干预方法,观察组在对照组基础上给予耳穴压豆疗法及其护理。结果：2组干预前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2小时血糖(2 hPBG)比较差异均有统计学意义,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：耳穴压豆疗法及其护理能有效降低患者血糖、愉悦心身，达到对新发2型糖尿病健康管理的目的。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of auricular plaster therapy and the corresponding nursing applied to control blood sugar of the patients with new-onset type two diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods: All 200 patients with new-onset T2DM were allocated to the control group and the observation group by using random sampling method, 100 cases each group, the control group chose conventional intervention methods including health education, blood sugar-lowering, blood lipid-lowering, nerve-nourishing and improving microcirculation and others, and the observation group were given auricular plaster therapy and the corresponding nursing. Results: The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of fasting blood-glucose(FBG) and 2h PBG between both groups before and after the intervention, the treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical effects(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Auricular plaster therapy and the corresponding nursing could effectively lower blood sugar, delight the heart and body of the patients, therefore toachieve the aims of health management of T2DM patients.
