目的:通过调查研究不同学历护生在实习期间的需求满意度现状及差异,为促进护生良好职业态度的形成提供依据。方法:通过文献回顾法,自行设计调查问卷,并对张掖市某三甲医院的104名实习护生进行需求满意度调查。结果:本科护生在生理、安全、尊重、爱与归属、求知、求美、自我实现7个维度的需求满意度均低于大专护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:学校和实习医院应该关注护生在实习期间各层次的需求,有针对性地采取措施,提高护生在实习期间的需求满意度,促进良好职业态度的形成。
- Abstract:

Objective: To provide the reference for promoting the formation of the student nurse′s good occupational attitude by surveying and studying the current state and the difference of student nurse′s demand satisfaction with different educational background in practice period. Methods: All 104 student nurses′ demand satisfactions in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Zhangye were investigated with self-designed questionnaires by literature analysis method. Results: Undergraduate nursing students were lower than junior college nursing students in demand satisfaction degrees which contained seven dimensions: physiology, safe, respect, love and belonging, thirst for knowledge, seeking beauty and self-fulfilment, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P<0.05). Conclusion: The universities and teaching hospitals should pay attention to the student nurse′s demands in different levels in practice period, take targeted steps, raise their demand satisfactions in practice period and promote the formation of good occupational attitude.
