摘要:
目的：归纳总结10位近现代已故针灸名家诊治郁证的方法以裨益临床。方法：选取10位近现代已故针灸名家，对其生前诊治郁证医案进行搜集整理。结果：近现代已故针灸名家按照生年依次为王乐亭，杨永璇，夏寿人，彭静山，邵经明，郑魁山，程莘农，师怀堂，于书庄，贺普仁，共25则医案。结论：10位针灸名家诊治郁证注重疏调情志，畅达神志，重视培补后天脾胃，健固中焦之气，知犯何逆，随证治之，并且内关穴运用较为普遍。
Abstract:
Objective: To conclude and summarize ten late acupuncturists’s diagnostic and therapeutic methods of treating melancholia in modern times, therefore to benefit clinical work. Methods: Ten late famous acupuncturists in modern time were chosen, and their medical cases of diagnosing and treating melancholia were collected and organized. Results: Ten late famous acupuncturists in modern time in proper order according to the year of birth were: Wang Leting, Yang Yongxuan, Xia Shouren, Peng Jingshan, Shao Jingming, Zheng Kuishan, Cheng Zinong, Shi Huaitang, Yu Shuzhuang and He Puren, and altogether 25 medical cases. Conclusion: Ten famous acupuncturists diagnosing and treating melancholia emphasize regulating the emotions and smoothing the spirits, the tonification of spleen-stomach, invigorating middle-energizer Qi and investigating the causes and how to get the disease, treating the disease along the syndromes, and using Neiguan (PC6) more commonly.
