摘要:
中医学是以古代哲学的思维方法为认识基础，故研究脾胃理论要以哲学思想为指导，脾胃主持中州，安和五脏，对人体生理病理有重要意义，笔者旨在从中国古代哲学思想——兵家、道家学派角度阐述脾胃之理论，探索脾胃与时空观、兵法思想、坤土之德之间的深层内涵，以期拓宽对脾胃理论思维方法的认识，指导、应用于临床实践。
Abstract:
Since thinking method in ancient philosophy is taken as the foundation of Traditional Chinese medicine, the study of spleen-stomach theory should be guided by philosophic thinking, spleen-stomach managing the middle energizer, appeasing and harmonizing five viscera, and regulating spleen stomach show the significance to the physiology and pathology of human body. Spleen-stomach theory is elucidated in the paper from the angles of ancient philosophic thinking: military science and Taoist school, the deep connotations of spleen-stomach connecting to space-time concept, military science thinking and the virtue of Kun-earth are discussed to broaden the understanding to thinking method of spleen-stomach theory, which could guide and apply to clinical practice.
