摘要:
目的：观察针刺腋神经治疗神经根型颈椎病所致肩臂痛的临床疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各40例，对照组采用药物保守治疗，观察组在对照组治疗基础上，联合实施腋神经分布针刺法，比较2组治疗前后颈椎曲度变化，治疗前、治疗后1、4周及治疗后3个月疼痛视觉模拟评分，统计临床疗效。结果：颈椎曲度治疗前2组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，治疗后组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。疼痛评分治疗前2组比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，治疗后组间比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为95.0%，对照组为75.0%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：腋神经走行取穴针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病肩臂痛，能显著改善患者颈椎曲度，缓解疼痛，提高临床治疗效果。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of needling axillary nerve in the treatment for shoulder-arm pain induced by cervical spondylotic radiculopathy (CSR). Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 40 cases each group, the control group accepted expectant treatment, while the observation group received needling axillary nerve based on expectant treatment, cervical curvature before and after treating, VAS before treating, in one week, the forth week and three months after treating of both groups were compared to count clinical effects. Results: The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of cervical curvature before treating between both groups (P＞0.05), the difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The difference had no statistical meaning in the comparisons of pain scores between both groups before treating (P＞0.05), there was a significant difference in the comparison between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%, higher than 75.0% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Needling axillary nerve in treating shoulder-arm pain induced by CSR could significantly improve cervical curvature, relieve pain and improve clinical effects of the patients.
