Abstract:
The progress of metabonomics of the syndromes including phlegm obstructing heart and vessel, dual deficiency of Qi and Yin, blood stasis, spleen Qi deficiency, kidney Yin (Yang) deficiency, liver Yang hyperactivity (Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity), damp-heat, exogenous cold and endogenous drink in the recent five years were studied and systematically analyzed from the relationship between metabonomics and TCM syndromes, clinical study of syndrome metabonomics and experimental study of syndrome metabonomics, aiming at elaborating the intrinsic mechanism of TCM syndromes deeply, discussing the material basis of the pathogenesis and development of TCM syndromes and providing the objective quantitative indexes which could be taken as auxiliary diagnosis, in order to improve clinical effects and the levels of clinical differentiation and treatment.
