摘要:
就目前中医药高等院校人才培养现状进行分析研究，找出国际人才培养过程中的制约因素，并针对这些制约因素讨论如何培养出符合国际市场需求的中医药人才以及加快中医药国际进程的策略，指出中医药高等院校可通过完善自身建设，有效促进中医药人才培养与高等教育国际化的可持续发展，更好传承中医文化，扩大国际影响力。
Abstract:
Through analyzing and studying personnel training in TCM universities currently, the restraining factors during the training process of international talents were found out, the strategies of how to cultivate TCM talents meeting international market demand and accelerating TCM international process were discussed by aiming at the restraining factors. It was pointed out that TCM universities could effectively promote sustainable development of TCM talents training and the internationalization of higher education, inherit and develop TCM culture well, and expand international influences by perfecting self construction.
