摘要:: 目的：探讨马铃薯外敷药膏对兔膝关节创伤性滑膜炎关节液中白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)水平变化的影响。方法：将40只雌雄各半新西兰大白兔，随机分为正常组、模型组、马铃薯外敷药膏组和扶他林乳胶剂4组，每组各10只。通过电针造模法建立膝关节创伤性滑膜炎兔模型，各治疗组分别给予相应的药物，正常组和模型组不给予任何干预，2次/d，连续5天。实验结束时，观察大白兔膝关节皮色、关节液色质、滑膜厚度及关节肿胀程度；酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测关节液中IL-1β的表达。结果：与正常组相比，模型组关节肿胀程度和IL-1β的表达明显增加，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；与模型组相比，马铃薯外敷药膏组和扶他林乳胶剂组关节肿胀程度和IL-1β的表达明显降低，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：马铃薯外敷药膏能明显减轻滑膜炎大白兔关节肿胀，其机制可能与调控IL-1β的表达有关。

Abstract:: Objective: To explore the effects of potato external ointment on the levels of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in joint fluid of the rabbit with traumatic synovitis of knee joint. Methods: Forty rabbits, half male and female, were randomized into the normal group, the model group, potato external ointment group and vitalin emulgel group, ten rabbits each group. Rabbit model suffering traumatic synovitis of knee joint was established by using acusector modeling method, different treatment groups were given the corresponding medicine respectively, the normal group and the model group were unhandled, twice each day, for five days consecutively. By the end of the experiment, joint swelling degree, synovial thickness, the color and the nature of joint fluid and skin color of knee joint of the rabbits were observed; the expressions of IL-1β in the joint fluid were detected by ELISA method. Results: Compared with the normal group, joint swelling degrees and the expressions of IL-1β in the model group increased remarkably, and the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05); compared with the model group, joint swelling degrees and the expressions of IL-1β in potato external ointment group and vitalin emulgel group lowered notably, and the difference had statistical meaning(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Potato external ointment could obviously relieve the joint swelling of the rats suffering synovitis, and its mechanism might be related to regulating the expressions of IL-1β.
