摘要:
目的：探讨中药熏蒸在髌骨骨折康复治疗中的作用。方法：将85例患者随机分为观察组43例、对照组42例，所有患者均经手术复位内固定治疗，术后行常规消炎镇痛及功能锻炼。观察组同时给予中药熏蒸治疗，1剂/d，早晚各熏蒸患处1次，每次半小时，2周为1个疗程，连续治疗4个疗程。比较2组患者临床疗效、膝关节活动度、膝关节功能、疼痛程度及并发症发生情况。结果：总有效率观察组为93.02%，对照组为73.81%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。HSS活动度评分及Bostman评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。疼痛程度评分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。术后并发症发生率观察组为2.33%，对照组为14.29%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中药熏蒸对于髌骨骨折复位术后患者膝关节功能改善具有积极的意义，可降低术后并发症发生风险。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of herbal fumigation in the rehabilitation of patellar fracture. Methods: All 85 patients were randomized into the observation group (43 cases) and the control group (42 cases), all the patients accepted reduction and internal fixation by surgery, reducing inflammation, easing pain and functional exercise after the operation. The observation group were given herbal fumigation, one dose each day, fumigating the affected parts once in the morning and evening, half an hour each time, two weeks were one course, for four courses consecutively. Clinical effects, knee motion, knee joint function, pain degrees and the incidence of the complications were observed between both groups. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%, higher than 73.81% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of HSS activity scales and Bostman scales within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); there was a significant difference in the comparisons between both groups after treating(P＜0.05). The difference had statistical meaning in the comparisons of pain degree scales within two groups before and after treating (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was 2.33%, lower than 14.29% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Herbal fumigation is positive in improving knee joint function of the patients undergoing reduction of patellar fracture, which could reduce the risk of postoperative complication incidence.
