摘要:
目的：观察中药熏蒸联合温针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效。方法：将61例类风湿性关节炎患者随机分为观察组29例、对照组32例，对照组给予中药熏蒸治疗，观察组给予中药熏蒸联合针灸治疗，2组均连续治疗20天。观察2组临床疗效、中医证候积分和生活质量评分的变化情况。结果：总有效率观察组为93.1%，对照组为87.7%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。关节疼痛、肿胀、压痛、僵硬等证候积分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康等积分治疗前后2组组内比较，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗后组间比较，差异也有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：中药熏蒸联合温针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效显著，且可改善临床症状，提高患者的生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore curative effects of herbal fumigation and warm needling method in the treatment for rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods: All 61 patients were randomly allocated to 29 cases of the observation group and 32 cases of the control group, the control group accepted herbal fumigation, the observation group were given herbal fumigation and needling, both groups were treated for 20 days consecutively. The changes of the scales of quality of life, syndrome scales and curative effects of both groups were observed. Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was 93.1%, higher than 87.7% of the control group, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). The difference was statistically significant in the comparisons of the scales of the syndromes such as joint pain, swelling, tenderness, stiffiness and others before and after treating within two groups (P＜0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). There was a significant difference in the comparisons of the integrals of physiological function, physiological role, somatic pain, general healthy conditions, energy, social function, emotional role, mental health and others between before and after treating within the two groups (P＜0.05); the difference was statistically significant in the comparisons between both groups after treating (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Herbal fumigation and warm needling method in the treatment for RA could gain notable effects, improve clinical symptoms and raise quality of life of the patients.
