摘要:
目的：观察高纤膳食联合肠道康复护理对卒中患者便秘的预防治疗效果。方法：将126例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组63例。对照组采用传统护理方法，观察组给予高纤膳食联合肠道康复护理方法。结果：干预7天内观察组灌肠1次61例，2次2例；对照组灌肠1次55例，2次6例，3次2例。观察组灌肠次数少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。总有效率观察组为92.1%，对照组为73.0%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：应用高纤膳食联合肠道康复护理对卒中后患者便秘防治效果满意。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe preventive and therapeutic effects of high-fiber diet and intestinal rehabilitation nursing in the treatment for post-stroke constipation. Methods: All 126 patients were separated into the observation group and the control group randomly. The control group adopted traditional nursing method, and the observation group high-fiber diet and intestinal rehabilitation nursing. Results: Within seven days of the intervention, there were 61 cases undergoing enema once in the observation group, two cases twice; 55 cases once in the control group, six cases twice and two cases three times. The observation group was less than the control group in the times of enema, and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Total effective rate of the observation group was 92.1%, higher than 73.0% of he control group, and the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: High-fiber diet and intestinal rehabilitation nursing in the treatment for post-stroke constipation could obtain satisfactory preventive effects.
