摘要:
目的：探讨茴香枳术汤对粘连性肠梗阻大鼠血浆白细胞介素2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平的影响。方法：将Wistar大鼠72只随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组及茴香枳术汤低、中、高剂量组，每组12只。给予相应药物治疗3天，末次给药后12小时后股动脉取血，酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血浆IL-2、TNF-α。结果：与正常组比较，模型组血浆IL-2含量、TNF-α水平显著增加(P＜0.01)；与模型组比较，茴香枳术汤低、中、高剂量组血浆IL-2含量、TNF-α水平显著下降(P＜0.01)，且高剂量组效果优于中、低剂量组。结论：茴香枳术汤治疗粘连性肠梗阻的作用机制与保护肠道微生态功能有关。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of HuiXiang ZhiZhu decoction on the levels of IL-2 and TNF-α in the serum of the rats with adhesive ileus. Methods: All 72 rats were randomized into the normal group, sham operation group, the model group, low, moderate and high doses groups of HuiXiang ZhiZhu decoction, 12 rats each group. They were treated by the corresponding medicine for three days, the blood was drawn from femoral in 12 hours since the last medication, the levels of IL-2 and TNF-α in the serum were measured by ELISA method. Results: Compared with the normal group, the contents of IL-2 and the level of TNF-α in the model group increased notably (P＜0.01); compared with the model group, the contents of IL-2 and the level of TNF-α in the serum of low, moderate and high dose groups of HuiXiang ZhiZhu decoction decreased remarkably (P＜0.01), and high dose group was superior to moderate and low dose groups in the effects. Conclusion: The mechanism of HuiXiang ZhiZhu decoction treating adhesive ileus is related to protecting intestinal microecology.
