摘要:
目的：分析专利中药治疗银屑病的用药规律，为其进一步推广提供合理的理论依据。方法：在中国知网中选择专利数据库，以“银屑病”和“中药/中成药/中草药/草药”为专利名称进行检索，将检索结果用Excel进行保存，统计摘要中出现的中药名称及频次，利用SPSS 21.0做聚类分析图，Graph Pad Prism 5.0做频数图。结果：共检索到277项专利项目；中药专利治疗银屑病使用频率最高的药物分别为：生地黄、甘草、苦参、当归等；药物分类方面以清热药、补虚药、活血化瘀药居多；在归经方面以归肝经、胃经、心经等为主；在药对方面使用较多的药对有生地黄-牡丹皮、生地黄-当归、生地黄-赤芍等。结论：专利中药治疗银屑病符合中医理论、用药合理，有较好的临床应用前景。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide rational theoretical evidence for further spread by analyzing the drug use law of patent herbs in treating psoriasis. Methods:Patent databases were selected in CNKI, "psoriasis", "herbs/Chinese patent drug/Chinese medicinal herbs/herbal medicine" were chosen as the names of patents and searched, the results were kept in excel, the names and frequencies of the herbs appeared in the abstract were counted, clustering analysis diagram was formed by using SPSS 21.0, and frequency diagram by using Graph Pad Prism 5.0. Results: Altogether 277 kinds of patent projects were retrieved; the medicine of patent herbs in treating psoriasis in the highest frequencies were ShengDiHuang(unprocessed rehmannia root), GanCao(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.), KuShen (radix sophorae flavescentis) and DangGui (Angelica sinensis), the classification of the medicine: most were of heat-clearing, tonifying, blood-activating and stasis-eliminating; the aspects of channel tropism: they were of liver, stomach, heart and others mainly; the aspects of drug pair: ShengDiHuang-MuDanPi (tree peony bark), ShengDiHuang-DangGui, ShengDiHuang-ChiShao (root of common peony) and others were used more in clinic. Conclusion: Patent herbs in treating psoriasis conform to TCM theory, possess the advantages of rational use, and better prospect of clinical application.
