摘要:
目的：观察临床护理路径在高血压2级患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法：将高血压2级患者96例随机分为观察组和对照组各48例，2组均接受常规治疗和护理，观察组在此基础上采取临床护理路径。观察2组患者遵医行为、治疗前后血压变化情况、满意度及平均住院天数。结果：观察组患者遵医行为、治疗护理后血压、满意度明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)，平均住院天数低于对照组(P＜0.01)。结论：临床护理路径可明显提高高血压2级患者临床疗效及满意度，减少平均住院天数。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of clinical nursing pathway applied to health education of the patients with hypertension at stage 2. Methods: All 96 patients were allocated to the observation group and the control group randomly, 48 cases each group, both groups accepted conventional therapy and nursing, the observation group adopted clinical nursing pathway on the foundation. Average hospitalization days, satisfactory degrees, the changes of blood pressure before and after treating and compliance behaviors were observed between both groups. Results: The observation group was higher than the control group in compliance behaviors, the changes of blood pressure after treating and satisfactory degrees obviously (P＜0.05), lower than the control group in average hospitalization days (P＜0.01). Conclusion: Application of clinical nursing pathway could remarkably raise clinical effects and satisfactory degrees of the patients, and reduce average hospitalization days.
