摘要:
目的：采用文献计量学和数据挖掘的基本方法对我国门诊护理管理相关文献进行分析。方法：检索中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、中文科技期刊全文数据库、万方数据资源，检索日期为建库至2017年5月1日，纳入所有中文发表的门诊护理管理相关研究。采用BICOMS 2软件对门诊护理管理信息内容中的作者、单位、年代、关键词和杂志等信息进行抽取和整理并生成共现矩阵，利用NetDraw和gCLUTO绘制关键词等网络社会关系图。结果：共提取文献1 121篇，成功建立门诊护理管理研究发展可视化图谱，直观展示我国门诊护理管理研究的发展。门诊护理管理研究数量总体呈上升趋势，但其数量、刊载期刊、作者、省份分布方面不均衡。结论：我国门诊护理管理研究发展缓慢，重视程度不高，亟需加大研究的力度。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the papers related to outpatient nursing management research in China by the basic methods of bibliometrics and data mining. Methods: Chinese Journal full-text database, Chinese biomedical literature database,VIP and Wanfang data were searched, the retrieval data was from the date of database construction to May 1st, 2017, the papers about outpatient nursing management research in Chinese were included, the information in outpatient nursing management research such as the author, unit, years, key words and journals were extracted and arranged by BICOMS 2 software, to produce Co-occurrence matrix, network social relationship graph of keywords were drew by NetDraw and gCLUTO. Results: All 1 121 papers were extracted, visual graph of outpatient nursing management research was successfully established, which directly displayed the development of outpatient nursing management research in China. The numbers of outpatient nursing management researches presented a rising tendency, while its numbers, published journals, author and the distribution of provinces were in the imbalances. Conclusion: Since outpatient nursing management researches in China developed slowly with less importance, the input of the researches needs to be increased.
