摘要:
目的：探讨经络按摩对脑卒中患者血液流变学、运动功能的影响。方法：将80例患者随机分为对照组、观察组各40例。对照组给予常规康复训练，观察组在此基础上给予经络按摩治疗，观察2组血液流变学、运动功能变化情况。结果：观察组大脑中动脉(MCA)、后动脉(PCA)及前动脉(ACA)的阻力指数(RI)、血管搏动指数(PI)均低于对照组，且平均血流速度(Vm)明显更高，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组粗大运动功能(GMFM评分)、肌张力评分明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：经络按摩具有益脑开窍、调和气血、熄风通络的功效，能迅速改善患者的血液流变学指标，加速患者运动功能的恢复。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the effects of meridian massage on motor function and hemorheology of the patients with stroke. Methods: Eighty patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group, 40 cases each group. The control group accepted routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group were given meridian massage based on the training, the changes of motor function and hemorheology of the patients were observed. Results: The observation group was less than the control group in resistance index (RI) and pulsatility index (PI) of middle cerebral artery (MCA), posterior cerebral artery (PCA) and anterior cerebral artery (ACA), higher than the control group in mean blood velocities (Vm), and the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05);the observation group was superior to the control group in GMFM scales and muscle tension score obviously (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Meridian massage possesses the effects of benefiting the brain and opening the orifices, regulating Qi and blood, calming the wind and dredging the collaterals, it could rapidly improve the indexes of hemorheology and speed up the recovery of motor function.
