摘要:: 目的：分析《医学穷源集》中王肯堂运用运气理论诊疗疾病的思路，探讨王肯堂的运气临床应用模式，挖掘其五运六气临床应用经验，以期为运气理论在现代临床中的应用提供参考。方法：收集《医学穷源集》中的112个医案，提取王肯堂分析病案时参考的运气因素，如客气、客运、月建等，利用Office Excel 2010软件建立医案数据库，用频数分析方法统计常用因素、分析模式。结果：共纳入103则医案，其中客运、中运、客气、月建位列前4位，分析模式为中运+客气+客运+月建，以中运为基础，分析客气、客运、月建之间的相互作用。结论：王肯堂强调特定日期的运气作用，以二十四节气为分界点，分析中运-客气-客运-月建四者的相互作用，为我们提供了临床上可值得参考的运气分析模式和经验。

Abstract:: Objective：To provide the reference for modern clinical application of the theory of five movements and six climates by analyzing Wang Kentang′s thinking of applying the theory to the diagnosis and treatment for the disease in ″YiXue QiongYuanJi ″, discussing the mode of clinical application of Wang Kentang′s theory and digging his clinical application experience of the theory. Methods：All 112 medical cases in ″YiXue QiongYuanJi ″ have been collected, the factors of five movements and six climates consulted by Wang Kentang when he analyzed medical cases were extracted, such as KeQi, KeYun, YueJian and others, medical cases data base was established by office excel 2010 software, the common factors and analysis mode were counted by frequency analysis. Results：All 103 medical cases were included, among them, KeYun, ZhongYun, KeQi and YueJian rank the top four places, the analysis mode was ZhongYun+KeQi+KeYun+YueJian, the interactions of KeQi, KeYun and YueJian were analyzed. Conclusion：Wang Kentang emphasizes the function of five movements and six climates at the specific date, by taking the 24 solar terms as the cut-off point, the interactions of KeQi, KeYun and YueJian are analyzed, to provide the analysis mode and experience which could be taken as the reference for us.
