摘要:
《黄帝内经》中记载了内经时代人们的生活方式，良好的生活方式不仅可以预防疾病，还能对疾病治疗发挥辅助作用，笔者对《黄帝内经》中记载的饮食、起居、情志、劳作等进行阐述，旨在对现代人们形成良好的生活习惯起到指导作用。
Abstract:
The lifestyle of the people during the period of NeiJing was recorded in ″HuangDi NeiJing″, good lifestyle could not only prevent the disease, but also develop the booster action for the treatment of the disease. In the paper, the diet, daily life, emotion, manual labor and others recorded in the ″HuangDi NeiJing″ were elucidated to help modern people form good life habits.
